I’m Riku.Poet, a freestyle, contemporary poet from the West Midlands, UK.

I started writing poetry about five years ago, usually scribbling down verses in my car before work on the spur of creativity. What began as a way to process tough times soon grew into a passion, which led me to eventually release my poetry collection ‘Planet Me’ in December 2023.

When I’m not writing about life’s challenges, you can usually find me with a coffee in hand, exploring bookstores or capturing unique shots with my camera.

I would love to connect with like-minded creatives to learn and grow, (especially whilst sipping a good cup of coffee! ).
