For those of us who are bookaholics and can’t help but collect more books than we can store! Share your ‘newly acquired’ books with the rest of us… who knows, you may even help someone find their new favourite collection!
On further thought, doesn’t necessarily need to be a book, if you got a new bit of poetry merch, or memorabilia etc!
I usually get poetry books from the library, but I bought a book of Plath last week. I have read a handful of her poems before and really liked them but I have had a hard time finding actual books of her poems at the library. I've already gotten into it and, yes, I have gotten triggered. But I like how she has such an intense emotional impact on me.
So this arrived yesterday! I first saw it on Amazon for £60, I checked again Thursday and for “Almost New” I got it for £20!
It doesn’t look too worn so I am well pleased with this steal.
Will post a review of it soon!
Like this idea Adam . It nice to see what other people have in there collection.
It's a public holiday here today so I went to one of the few secondhand book store open. Picked up the following. I wanted more as there were so many A listers there, but it's hard to get books here, always a mark up. $15-20 NZD per poetry book. For comparison King or Grisham go for about $6

Here is a little video I whipped together of all my collector's edition books and leatherbacks.
Any new books over the Christmas period? I was surprisingly restraint... Although I'm about to do an Emily Dickinson haul with Sophie! 😂
I couldn't resist this epic, second hand for 4 €
So I have this terrible habit of having to walk into any bookshop I stumble across, particularly Waterstones.
It‘s even harder to resist the urge to buy something and my latest acquisitions are as followed:
