The Poetry Cove was created by Adam Gary to help poets all over the world find and embrace their voice and craft. It is our core mission to create opportunities to those who have proven their dedication and love for poetry, regardless of their backgrounds, studies, and experience.
However, being home to the most extensive poetry community and providing those opportunities comes with a cost. We rely heavily on membership subscriptions, service purchases, merchandising and of course, our very generous donation supporters.

The very heart of what we do. Our forum launched The Poetry Cove as a place for poets from all over the world to come together and talk all things poetry, share their work, give and gain feedback, and most importantly to make friends.
We strive to make our forum the safest place for any budding poet looking to dip their toes into the waters of poetry, whilst also being a haven for the more experienced. We are proud of the environment that has been cultivated on the forum and look forward to welcoming many new poets in the future.
The best in virtual poetry hangouts,
our cafe and performance space acts as an extension to the family we have created on the forum, allowing our members to meet 'face to face' utilising the Second Life platform.
It is our aim to be a home for poets across Second Life and the globe, providing opportunity to those who wish to showcase their work in a virtual exhibition centre whilst also hosting weekly open mic sessions and other fun events too.
Open to anyone aged 16+ and from all backgrounds, The Poetry Cove Academy is the perfect training ground for the modern and next generation of poets.
Poets and their voices are being heard across the globe in mainstream media, and demand for the art is rising. We are dedicated to training and nurturing the next generation of poets; not just through their writing, but helping them become the best, most well-rounded professionals within the industry. The Poetry Cove Magazine takes pride in its unique relationship between readers and editors - anyone can submit their writing for potential feature in the magazine.
