Personally, I always learn something from George Eklund and Derrick C Brown. The poem “Ringlets” by Derrick Brown is one that reminds me of the power of narrative and imagery.

I've been picking up some work by Wilde and Dylan Thomas. Short stories by Wilde and Letters by Thomas. Both of whom I'd not read from before! It's been a real pleasure reading some new work lately, and I love just soaking in new writer's styles to mix in with my own little paint pot.
Don't mind me just adding onto an old post but I'm always coming back to Eavan Boland, who was an Irish poet who wrote on mythology, identity, poetry, womanhood, and our relationship to nature among other things. Her poems and the poem "As I Walked Out One Evening" by W.H. Auden always has something new for me when I come back to it. But I'll echo what others have said too about learning every time I read poetry!
All of them/you 😉
Since I am Swedish there will be names you never heard of. Björn Ranelid because the way he uses the language in his different work. Karin Boye, Gustaf Fröding. Shakespeare, Jane Austen and a handfull of persons in the cove. With eyes open I can learn things from anything I read. So I guess the answer to your question is that I can't narrow it down to just poets and poems sorry.
For me WB Yeats and Oscar Wilde are one of my fave poets and their use of rhyme just does it for me. Requiescat has to be my fave from Oscar and a wandering Aengus from WB. Roald Dahl's also got some marvelous fairy tale poems (Cinderella's my fave) and I hope to have at least 1/10 of the humor he does😭
