Wow Genevieve I found this impressive because yes there’s a crazy amount of alliteration BUT it was almost… unnoticeable in a way? It flowed so well and I was completely drawn in that the excessive alliteration almost went completely under my radar! Brilliant

You could cut bigger words like embracing down to ‘bracing.

So from what I can see, though I may be wrong as it’s a thin line anyway but I’m only one coffee in, the iambic and the pentameter might need slight work. Pentameter means five pairs of de DUMs. And I counted 6 in line 2? Unless this was a conscious decision of course?

I could do with such a retreat! Sounds wonderful!
