I was actually addicted to Mountain Dew for YEARS - pretty much my whole childhood. Then, one day I realized that I felt like crap...and had been feeling like crap for way too long. I decided to cut WAY back on the soda and start drinking more water instead. Man, the physical difference when I did that was insane! I definitely love coffee though! I wouldn't say I'm addicted to it because I can go without it but I will drink it if it's offered to me. Even so, I don't think I've ever gotten headaches/migraines from not drinking soda or coffee. (Generally my headaches are eye strain, allergy-related, or because I used too much brain power...but the latter rarely happens lol)

@Rachel Glass This is a bit of a conflicting question for me. As a lover of poetry books, having self-published my own, and with learned knowledge of book covers by reading so many books, I personally think the more visually attractive covers have been given more care. People are going to be attracted by pretty covers and will most likely pick yours over one that is bland/chaotic. However, this can be a double-edged sword depending on if the author put more care into making sure their book had a beautiful cover instead of polishing the actual content. On the other hand though, as a book reviewer who loves to read indie and up-and-coming poets’ books, I can say that sometimes people forgo the cover to make their poetry shine. That, or they may publish before looking into the reason why book covers and their designs are an important element. I’ve read numerous books with blurry, uninteresting, or bland covers and absolutely loved the poetry! Even so, I still think putting care into both the cover and the content of a book, no matter the genre, can help maximize sales/exposure/etc while also showing readers that the author cares about what they produce. BUT...cue the debate on the price of cover designers. (I still stand with my opinion though. I think saving up for a good cover designer AND editor is a good choice.)

@Sunayana Dash Absolutely! There were quite a few times where I was left in shock (and a bit grossed out) by it but it really works with the story, characters, and world that was created! Some of the sex scenes made me uncomfortable - *ahem* Homelander and Stillwell - but wow, that character relationship and development!

I'm not a big "show" person - I prefer movies. BUT I recently binged both seasons of The Boys on Amazon Prime with my stepdad. SUCH AN AMAZING SHOW! Although, I will say that the amount of swearing, sex, and gore in it was NOT what I was expecting! Still, the show itself was just...wow!

Definitely going to see a movie! I used to do the same thing! There's so many cool movies coming out this year and I just want to go see them in THEATER!!! A lot of people like that they don't have to wait for movies to get out of the theater before they can buy DVDs but I love the experience of watching a movie with total surround sound and a big screen! I'd also love to sit down in a café, drink some coffee, and work on some poetry or reading. (I don't do it now even though we can because of the mask mandate and general safety - many of my family members have health issues so I try to be careful for their sake.)
